Google

When you submit our booking or contact form, your browser turns the email address and phone number you entered into a scrambled one-way code, and sends only that code to Google. Google compares it with codes made the same way from signed-in Google accounts, which lets us see which of our ads actually led to a booking even when someone clicks the ad on one device and books on another. The code cannot be turned back into your email address or phone number, your details are never sent to Google in readable form, and we do not receive or store the code ourselves.

We may also enable Google Signals. If you are signed in to a Google account and have turned on Ads Personalization, Google may link your visit to our website with information from your Google account. This gives us aggregated reports about our visitors, such as age range, gender, and general interests, and lets us recognize the same person across the different devices they use. We never receive your name, email address, or any other detail that identifies you personally.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This records general interaction such as mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and the pages you visit, which helps us find the parts of the site that are broken or confusing and fix them. Anything you type into a form, such as your name, phone number, email address, or message, is masked and is not recorded.
